VOTE NEEDED!!!
We need to figure out if we plan on realigning or not. This is going to impact trades leading up to the draft, so it'll be good to have this done (if it passes) well before that so things can get planned.
During the season, we discussed a few different options for realignment. Those are outlined below.
(1) Realignment with Random Conferences - This would be done just like we did originally. All the names are essentially thrown in a hat and they are randomly chosen for each conference.
(2) Realignment based on Draft Order - This would create the new conferences based on the current draft order. The idea here is the conferences would start off fairly even.
(3) Realignment with Divisions - This would create 3 or 4 divisions where the top team in each conference would automatically make the playoffs. The remaining teams would be wildcards.
(4) No Realignment - Nothing changes here, the conferences just stay the same for 2012 season.
If realignment is passed, I think most people agree is should be a set thing. Every so many years realignment automatically occurs. This can be discussed as well or voted on separately.
With all that said, what is everyone thinking???

Seriously though why am I being roped in to the Thomas move - I was just as shocked but Dylan beat me to the post when I saw stowe making roster moves - it doesnt make any sense that I would be involved, seriously, What?
Also a special shoutout to the AFC probowl chairmen who were not celebrating at the Bills game but were instead sitting at home with both thumbs up their ass watching Romo walk the sidelines...yikes...realignment please...with that said I do apologize to the league for my pitiful performance in the 3rd place game, my heart was not in it and it showed...crushing loss the week before as Willis has haunted my dreams each night since...
Special shoutout to Strus...hope the holiday meatloaf was delicious...you got mad skittlez man!!!!

Merry Christmas fuckers!
I know you all woke up wondering the same thing I did......How would Steve be doing in the Superbowl if he didn't fuck himself over? Well, here ya go...With Brees, Turner, Moore, and and Lofton left, he'd be sitting at 63 points. In decent reach of winning the whole thing! With Marion Barber banged up, Steve would have used his last waiver wire pick for Evan Royster to fill his last flex spot. He wanted to do this for our probowl team, so I can only assume he would've done this for his own.
